CANCELLATION POLICY

All appointments must be cancelled/rescheduled 72 hours prior. Cancellation/No show fee is non-refundable and can not go towards future appointments. Fee is 50% of service booked. 15 minutes late will result in a “no show” and be cancelled and charged. Thank you for understanding.
